I wanted to reach out and share the AMAZING experience that my husband and I had working with Kate. We closed on our house in Lakewood in June and we started working with Kate in November of 2021. I truly don’t have the words to express how much we loved working with her. She was kind, patient and so informative. As first time home buyers, we had a LOT of questions and Kate took the time to answer and explain each one. We struggled looking for our first home in this crazy market and Kate made the experience not only tolerable, but enjoyable. We felt like she really took the time to understand what we were looking for and helped us navigate the pros and cons of the houses we saw… this was immensely helpful. When we closed on our house I was actually sad thinking about not working with Kate any longer. She found us the perfect home and we are so grateful for our experience with her!
