Kim Crane and her team were a wonderful group of women to work with when my husband and I were searching for our first home. In addition to being professional and pleasant to be around, they were very knowledgeable about the Cleveland market and were always available to show us listings, no matter what time of day it was! This trait was especially critical since we were hoping to find a home in Rocky River, where listings are rarely on the market for more than a couple of days! Without her quick communication and keen eye for what we were looking for, there’s no chance we would’ve found a home in this community! We just closed last week and couldn’t be more grateful for the Kim Crane Group and everything they did for us!
