We never planned to move this year but wanted to get an idea of what was out there. Jen jumped at the chance to come talk with us on Sunday afternoon. She listened closely to what we were looking for, gave us an idea of what we could ask for our place and that very same day provided us with listings. Within the week, we saw what we wanted and Jen came through with an accepted offer! She made the buying process a breeze! She provided us with a super contractor reference to do the getting-ready-to-sell work and within a month she had our house listed. Jen is a stickler about staying on top of things and keeping everything moving forward. Within 10 days of being on the market Jen had a buyer for us! We were on vacation when the offer came through but Jen made accommodations for us to complete everything in a timely manner. She diligently helped us work through some complications that resulted from the inspection, We were not surprised at all that she was able to close the deal for us! Jen is very passionate about her work and with every interaction you see how much she loves what she does. It was very easy to work with the Kim Crane group. Everyone we interacted with was helpful and friendly. We especially like how most of the work can be done on-line. Super team of people to work with and I can’t recommend them enough!
