It was so easy working with Kim! We are fairly new to the area and in our first meeting, Kim was able to tell us a lot about Rocky River we did not know before. She is very knowledgeable about the Westside. Once we found the house we wanted, Kim helped us negotiate the best possible price we could have gotten for our house. We feel confident we got a very good deal! Kim and her team were always available to accommodate our requests, and we really appreciate it! Thank you Kim and Team for helping us find a great home.
