Hope was delightful to work with

Throughout the entire process, Hope was fantastic.  When it came to making the offer, I was impressed with how she knew exactly what to offer in terms of price and explained why she suggested that amount.  In addition, she suggested adding other options in order to present an offer that would be difficult to turn down.  Shopping for a new home can be a stressful and exhausting experience.  Hope made the experience easy and fun.  She was delightful to work with, explained everything in terms that I understood, and made sure my needs were handled with care.
