A recent article in the Cleveland Plain Dealer discusses some recent statistics that show home sales increased in Northeast Ohio and across the country in 2012. Our housing market saw its highest sales since at least 2008, while other markets posted its best numbers 2007. One of the trends we will most likely see due to the higher sales and lower inventory is a gradual increase in local Real Estate prices. This is very encouraging news.
