mustache-dash-300x156I’m sure just about everyone reading this has enjoyed a cold beer, or spicy chicken wing or two at this local establishment but did you ever stop and think about just how long it has been around?  Around the Corner, Café and Saloon opened its doors 40 years ago on September 13th.  They will be kicking off the celebration Thursday night with a complimentary buffet, Friday night is a fun evening of “old” customers and those who met their lifetime match at ATC!

The highlight of this momentous Anniversary is the “Mustache Dash” .040k run that will help to support a fantastic local charity, Girls with Sole. Liz Ferro, a Rocky River resident, founded this charity to support   FREE fitness and wellness programs to empower the minds, bodies and souls of girls who are at-risk or have experienced abuse of any kind.

The dash is open to adults and children and is sure to be a lot of fun. Prizes will be awarded for everything from fastest runner, craziest shoes… to best wig, so be sure to be creative in your attire choices!
